BrushForge 2.0 is live!
Welcome to the forge, everyone! We’re so excited to unveil our new website redesign and we hope you’ll find it to be as refreshing and user-friendly as we intend for it to be.
When we first launched the site back in January 2016, we started with two instructors and our introductory module “Nova Sword, Hand-Paint a Sci-Fi Weapon”. Our inaugural group of students really hit it out of the park and you can see some of their fantastic finished pieces here. Since then, we’ve gathered a solid crew of veteran artists who are prepared to unleash their knowledge upon our new recruits. While a majority of the modules are still in the works, we are happy to announce that our newest course “Leyla, Hand-Paint a Female Bust” is now live. Visit our Classes section to learn more about this course taught by Senior 3D Character Artist Dusty Nolting.
Also new to the site is this blog space which we hope will serve as an additional means for us to connect with and build upon our BrushForge community. Here, you’ll find Q&As with your favorite artists in the games industry, insider tips from the professionals, exciting behind-the-scenes, contests and giveaway announcements and much, much more. We’ll be sharing a lot on our end, but we also want to get to know you! We invite you to provide feedback and ideas via blog comments so that we can gather intel on the content that you most want to see.
Speaking of community, we’d like to take a moment to thank our BrushForge family for all the support you’ve shown us. It’s been amazing hearing from so many aspiring artists and it’s only just the beginning. We can’t wait to connect with more of you and collaborate to craft creative futures together.
